Athlete Bio: In 2006, Ed was the first American finisher and 10th place overall at the Falmouth Road Race. Soon after, he debuted at the half marathon distance with a fast time of 1:03:33 at the Philadelphia Distance Run. While at the University of Colorado, he helped his team win its first NCAA Cross-Country Championship in 2001. After earning All-American status in the 10,000m in 2002, he finished in the Top 10 in the 10,000m with a personal best of 28:21 at the 2003 USA Track & Field National Championships. Ed was also a finalist at the Footlocker National High School Cross Country championships.
